1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Service — an automated platform KYCNOT designed for conducting cryptocurrency exchange operations.

1.2. Client — a legally capable individual or organization using the Service's functionality for cryptocurrency exchange.

1.3. Application — an electronic request from the Client to perform an exchange operation with specified parameters.


2. General Provisions

2.1. Using the KYCNOT service means full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules by the Client.

2.2. The Service reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time without personal notification to Clients. The current version is always available on this page.

2.3. By making an exchange, the Client confirms that they have reached the age of majority according to the laws of their country and are aware of the risks associated with cryptocurrency volatility.


3. Exchange Procedure

3.1. Creating an Application. The Client independently fills out the form on the website, specifying the necessary details and exchange direction. The application is assigned a unique number for status tracking.

3.2. Payment of the Application. After creating an application, the Client must make payment within 30 minutes. If funds are not received within the specified period, the application is canceled and the rate is recalculated.

3.3. Execution. The Service begins processing the transaction immediately after receiving funds from the Client and obtaining the required number of confirmations in the blockchain network.

3.4. Completion of Exchange. The exchange is considered successfully completed at the moment the funds are credited to the wallet specified by the Client in the application.


4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Service undertakes to:

  • Ensure the exchange is carried out strictly in accordance with the application parameters.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of information about completed transactions.

  • Provide informational support to Clients regarding the platform's operation.

4.2. The Client undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate and correct details for receiving funds.

  • Independently verify the current rate and commission before creating an application.


5. Liability

5.1. The Service is not responsible for incorrectly specified details by the Client. If funds are sent to an erroneous address specified by the Client themselves, the Service's obligations are considered fulfilled.

5.2. The Service is not responsible for transfer delays caused by high congestion of the blockchain network, actions of third-party payment systems, or force majeure circumstances.


6. Confidentiality

6.1. The Service does not request personal data from Clients (KYC is not required). All information provided when creating an application (wallet addresses, email) is used exclusively for conducting the transaction and communicating with the Client.
